As a result of continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for qualified and experienced teachers to join Hop Skip Jump Learning. We are seeking current registered teachers from the Gold Coast to fulfil the roles of tutors.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Current registered teachers.
- Passion and love for education.
- Ability to work flexibly with children 1-on-1 or in small groups.
- Competent in identifying student learning goals.
- Ability to cater to individual learning styles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid curriculum understanding to provide literacy and numeracy support.
- Ability to learn and desire to continuously develop as a result from feedback.
CURRENTLY SEEKING
- Teachers (Primary and high school): Gold Coast based.
- Teachers (Primary and high school): Ashmore and surrounding areas.
- Teacher (Primary and high school): Oxenford and surrounding areas.
- Teacher (Primary and high school): Robina and surrounding areas.
ABOUT YOU
- Located on the Gold Coast.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in education.
- Holds a current Australian teachers registration (i.e., QCT, VIT etc).
- Holds a current car license to drive to sessions.
- Passion and love for education.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity, dedication, and passion for helping students succeed.
- Available to tutor two afternoons weekly during school terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan engaging and personalised tutoring sessions based on student needs.
- Motivate and guide students to reach their full academic potential.
- Use assessments to inform practice.
- Ability to tutor students in both literacy and numeracy.
