TO ENSURE YOUR CHILD RECEIVES THE BEST GOLD COAST TUTORING EXPERIENCE, ALL OUR TUTORS ARE REGISTERED TEACHERS AND HOLD CERTIFIED UNIVERSITY EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS.
What sets us apart?
In Australia, having formal qualifications or training is not required to work as a tutor. This means anyone from high-school graduates without any education experience can call themselves a tutor. Due to this, many tutoring services focus solely on subject knowledge, but at Hop Skip Jump Learning, we believe qualified teachers are the key to unlocking a child’s potential.
Our tutoring team isn’t just knowledgeable – they are all registered and experienced teachers with a deep understanding of child development and learning styles. This expertise allows our staff to tailor their approach to each student, creating engaging and effective lessons that go beyond rote memorisation.
Qualified teachers have the training to build a child’s confidence and instil a love of learning. Their years of classroom experience translate into positive reinforcement techniques and a supportive environment where children feel comfortable taking risks and asking questions. This approach fosters a strong academic foundation that prepares your child for future success.
Investing in a tutor with an educational background goes beyond simply covering missed concepts. Our teachers act as guides, identifying strengths and weaknesses and developing targeted strategies to propel your child towards their academic goals. Our teachers also take that next step by ensuring content taught follows the Australian Curriculum.
At Hop Skip Jump Learning, we believe your child deserves the best, and our passionate, experienced teachers are dedicated to helping them reach their full potential. We are confident our qualified staff will help you feel at ease knowing your child is working with the very best in the tutoring industry. Contact us today and see the difference a teacher-led approach to tutoring can make!

HAPPY FAMILIES
Our tutor team has helped many happy families on the Gold Coast.
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We have had the best experience with Hop Skip Jump and we have gone through many many tutors over the years. Our daughter adores her tutor and the improvement she has made in such a short time proves that our tutor is an expert in her field. I wish I found Hop Skip Jump sooner however very happy that we have now.”

“Can’t recommend Skip Hop Jump Learning and Dominique highly enough, especially if you have a child that has additional learning needs that has fallen through the gaps at school. It is a big investment, but knowing we have someone that is qualified, experienced, and is teaching SPELD recommended programs is worth it. It’s been such a weight off my shoulders being able to trust Dominique’s experience to guide us where we need to go. My child is making significant and noticeable progress, and I can’t wait to see where the tutoring will take her.”

“Our two boys have had weekly private tutoring sessions with Hop Skip Jump Learning for 4-5 months now. Since then both boys have consistently demonstrated impressive progress in both Maths and English, and a newfound confidence and motivation for school. I absolutely 10/10 recommend Hop Skip Jump Learning to any parent considering a tutor for their child.”
